Valpolicella Classico Superiore
Our Valpolicella Classico Superiore is produced on the hills of Marano di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, from native grape varieties including Corvina, Corvinon, Rondinella, Molinara and Useleta, harvested exclusively by hand in our vineyards.
Part of the grapes is left to dry naturally for approximately 10–15 days. This short drying period gives the wine greater concentration while preserving the freshness and elegance that we seek in our wines.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel, without the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is then aged for several months in traditional large oak barrels, allowing it to develop naturally without overpowering its original character.
The result is an elegant and well-balanced Valpolicella Classico Superiore, with aromas of ripe red fruit and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh and pleasantly structured, with a persistent finish.
A wine that expresses our idea of Valpolicella: tradition, respect for our land and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the grapes and each vintage to express their own character.
