Ponte de la Tor
This wine is one of the most personal and exclusive creations of our family, produced exclusively by our winery according to a method we have developed over time.
It is made from a special selection of grapes whose composition we keep as part of our family tradition. A deliberate choice that makes this wine unique and deeply connected to our history and to our own interpretation of Valpolicella.
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested exclusively by hand. During the harvest, the bunches chosen for this wine are placed in traditional wooden crates and taken to our drying room, where they are left to dry naturally.
This slow drying process naturally concentrates the grapes, developing greater structure, complexity and aromatic richness. Once the drying period is complete, the grapes are pressed and fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel.
The wine is then left to mature in traditional large oak barrels, where time slowly guides its evolution, allowing it to develop balance, elegance and complexity while preserving the character of the fruit.
The result is an intense, elegant and enveloping wine, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and more complex notes that develop during ageing. On the palate, it has an important structure and a long, persistent finish.
Produced in limited quantities, this wine does not simply follow a tradition, but tells a story that belongs exclusively to us: a selection of grapes carefully guarded by our family, natural drying and the time needed for each vintage to find its own expression.
